Bioanalytical Instruments is a Puerto Rican company, registered under the Department of State of Puerto Rico.  It was founded in December 1, 1989 by its President/General Manager, Robert Gregory. Mr. Gregory developed a technical career with Beckman Instruments/Caribbean Office for 13 years prior to founding Bioanalytical.  He started as a Field Service Representative, then was appointed as Field Service Manager and finally promoted to General Manager.

Bioanalytical has grown to become one of the leading companies in the analytical and scientific sales and service market in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Islands.  It is known to be “The Specialization Center of analytical and scientific instruments”.

Bioanalytical Dominicana, is a dominican company, registered under The Ministry of Finance, General Direction of Internal taxes, National Registry of Contributors. Founded on December 1, 2014 by its President/General Manager, Robert Gregory.

After more than 20 years servicing the analytical and scientific market in the Dominican Republic from our facilities in Puerto Rico, it became necessary to open a local office in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, due to the large base of installed Instruments at local laboratories. And also to comply with our Mission to provide Customer Satisfaction at all levels.

We currently count with a full staff of trained and certified

Sales Representatives and Technical Services Representatives.

TECHNICAL SERVICES

Highly skilled and factory trained field service personnel perform the installation, repair service, preventive maintenance and/or calibration of every instrument sold by Bioanalytical.

 

Calibration services are backed by the required documentation, which is favorable for our customer’s FDA inspections.  These include: standard operating procedures, check lists, NIST traceable standards and test equipment’s, and factory training certificates, among others.

 

Other services and documentation such as IQ/OQ, CFR 21 part 11 and software validation are available.
